After more than 20 years as a real estate professional, I’ve seen firsthand how much our
success — and our clients’ outcomes — depend on the partners we choose to work with.
From lead generation companies and mortgage lenders to inspectors, attorneys, and title
providers, real estate agents are constantly being asked to invest time, money, and trust into
third-party services. Unfortunately, many of us have also experienced the downside: thousands
of dollars spent on lead programs that didn’t deliver, referrals to partners who didn’t perform,
and service providers whose mistakes ultimately reflected back on us and our clients

What made this even more frustrating was the lack of a truly reliable place to share these experiences. Online reviews are often written by employees, marketing teams, or anonymous accounts with no real accountability. Facebook groups are easily manipulated, and agents who speak honestly can face backlash, pressure, or even retaliation from vendors who control access to leads and opportunities.
Agent Rated is a platform built specifically for licensed real estate professionals — a place
where agents can verify who they are, then speak freely under protected usernames. Our goal
is to give agents across the United States a safe, professional environment to rate and discuss
the industry partners they actually work with, without fear of retaliation and without the noise of
fake reviews.
This isn’t about attacking companies or creating negativity. It’s about transparency,
accountability, and protecting both agents and the clients we serve. The best service providers
will rise to the top. The rest will be encouraged to improve.
After two decades in this business, I believe we all deserve better tools to make informed
decisions. Agent Rated exists to bring honesty back to the process — so agents can choose
partners with confidence, and our clients can get the level of service they deserve.
Agent Rated is built on one simple principle:
Real agents should be reviewing real industry partners.
To protect the integrity of the platform, every user must register with a real name and valid real
estate license number. This information is kept private and used only to confirm that each
account belongs to a licensed real estate professional.
Once verified, agents are free to participate using a public username, allowing them to share
honest feedback without fear of retaliation.
This balance — private verification with public anonymity — creates a community that is
both accountable and safe, ensuring the ratings and discussions you see on Agent Rated
reflect real-world experiences from professionals who do this work every day.
