Your reviews and comments appear under a username, protecting your identity while keeping
the community accountable.
3. Add or Find a Service Provider
Search for or add inspectors, lenders, attorneys, lead-generation companies, contractors,
coaches and more.
4. Rate and Review
Leave a 1–5 star rating and share your real experience working with that provider.
5. Support Your Experience (Optional)
Agents may also upload screenshots or supporting documentation (such as emails, texts, or
contracts) to help substantiate their experience, if they choose. These files are reviewed and
used to support moderation and credibility.
6. Join the Discussion
Other verified agents can comment, ask questions, and share insights, creating an ongoing,
evolving record for each provider.
7. Get Discovered by Clients
Every agent who joins Agent Rated also receives a public profile in our Find an Agent
directory allowing consumers to discover and connect with trusted, verified real estate
professionals. These profiles focus on an agent’s areas of expertise, service locations,
and professional strengths, rather than the number of active or sold listings. By
focusing on expertise and service areas instead of transaction volume, Agent Rated
gives every verified agent regardless of career stage a fair opportunity to connect
with consumers.

License numbers are stored securely and privately
